Inmarsat has led the way in global mobile satellite communications for over 40 years. A safely routed flight or a mission-critical ops report - they solve the toughest connectivity challenges for their customers, anywhere in the world.
However, Inmarsat’s online presence felt antiquated and disconnected. We were challenged to reimagine their digital platform and create a category leading experience. A complete overhaul of the visual identity allowed us to define a modern, tech-focussed aesthetic that transformed their image from conventional, corporate B2B to cutting-edge world leader. A flattened site architecture, modular design and dynamically generated product packages revolutionised customer experience and fast-tracked sales.
As group creative director, my role was to lead the mission; drive strategic vision, design excellence and innovation - and redefine Inmarsat’s new digital world.
